Sedbergh School is delighted to announce our Boarding Taster Weekends, a unique opportunity for prospective pupils to immerse themselves in the enriching environment that makes Sedbergh the number one ‘full boarding’ school in the North of England.
Sedbergh School is renowned for its exceptional boarding experience, offering a perfect blend of academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, and pastoral care. Our Taster Weekends provide a snapshot of life at Sedbergh, allowing potential pupils to live and learn alongside current pupils, explore our beautiful campus, and engage in the diverse range of activities that our school community offers.
Who Can Participate:
Our Boarding Taster Weekends are open to:
- Children in Years 8, 9, 10 & 11
- Prospective pupils from the UK
- International pupils currently studying in the UK who are looking to continue their education at another school
What to Expect:
During the 2-night, 3-day boarding experience at Sedbergh School, pupils will:
- Stay in our comfortable boarding houses (Sedbergh Campus)
- Attend classes and engage with our dedicated teaching staff
- Participate in sports, arts, and other extra-curricular activities
- Experience the warmth and camaraderie of the Sedbergh community
