Congratulations to our 2025-2026 School Leaders
We are delighted to introduce our 2025–2026 Heads of School, Deputy Heads of School, Prefects, and Heads of House — pupils who will play a central role in guiding and supporting the Sedbergh community over the year ahead.
As Headmaster Dan Harrison reflects:
“Each year it is a privilege to congratulate the newly appointed Heads of School and Prefects. These pupils embody the values that define Sedbergh — humility, ambition, resilience, and kindness — and will carry them into their leadership roles. As they guide and support their peers, they play a vital part in shaping the character of our School community. I have every confidence that they will grow as individuals while leaving a lasting mark on the School through their example and leadership.”
For Jemima, one of our new Heads of School, the role is both an honour and a challenge:
“I think that being Head of School is a huge privilege, and it’s also a massive responsibility. You’re representing the values of the School and trying to instil them in other people while acting as a voice for pupils and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. I’m really looking forward to working alongside the Prefect team, with Ollie, and with the teachers to make sure everyone feels heard and included.”
