Our Open Days and Events give an insight into life at Sedbergh School and Sedbergh Prep School. They highlight how we bring out the best in every child through our exciting and broad curriculum, unrivalled extra-curricular activities programme and unique boarding environment.

Senior School Open Mornings

The perfect opportunity to meet the Headmaster, our pupils and academic and boarding staff, as well as tour the school campus. It gives an insight into life at the Senior School and highlights how we bring out the best in every child through our exciting and broad curriculum, unrivalled extra-curricular activities programme and unique boarding environment. Sedbergh Prep Open Mornings

During our Open Mornings, visitors are invited to come along and view the Prep School in action! All year groups, from Reception through to Year 8, are in School during the week, which offers a unique opportunity for visitors to discover how we bring out the best in every child. Watch Pre-Prep get to grips with maths in the outdoors, guide a plane into land on the flight simulator, watch specialist coaches guide our sports scholars – experience a ‘normal’ day at school.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet our Head, plus members of our academic and boarding team. Our Year 8 pupil guides will aim to show you how we instil a sense of adventure in our pupils, both in and outside the classroom. Learn more about 11+ scholarships.
